To obtain natural therapies, you need a prescription from an authorised healthcare professional. You can either:

  • Visit our pharmacy and our team will assist with the dispensing process.
  • Upload your prescription and necessary documents online, and we’ll arrange secure and convenient delivery to your location.

Yes! You can upload your prescription through our website. Alternatively, you can call or visit our pharmacy in Allenby Gardens to have it dispensed in person.

Coverage for natural therapies varies by insurance provider. We recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm whether your treatment is covered.

Travel regulations for natural therapies differ depending on local and international laws. If you plan to travel:

Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

  • Weekday Orders: Orders placed between Monday and Friday are typically reviewed and dispatched within 24 hours, subject to stock availability and payment completion.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed late Friday through to the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday).
  • Shipping & Delivery: Parcels are shipped via Express Courier with signature on delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1 – 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note: While Our Courier aims to meet these timeframes, actual delivery speed may vary based on the shipping location and current network congestion

Yes, all orders require a signature upon delivery due to the nature of the contents and regulatory requirements.

  • Missed Delivery:If no one is available to sign for the package, it will be redirected to your local post office and held for 5 business days. A notification card should be left, or you can track the status online using your tracking reference number.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us, and a redelivery fee will apply.
  • Redelivery Fee: A fee of $12.99 is charged to cover the costs of return and redelivery

No, we only deliver within Australia and do not ship to international destinations.
