Warranty Policy

For non-medicinal products, we offer a 30-day warranty on all eligible products starting from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to items that:

  • Are unused and in their original factory-sealed packaging.
  • Show no signs of tampering, damage, or wear.

If a product qualifies for a warranty claim:

  1. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to Wellness Pharmacy.
  2. Wellness Pharmacy Responsibility: We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item sent back to the customer.
  3. Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products that arrive damaged or with compromised packaging will be rejected without refund or replacement.

Incorrect Items

We take great care in fulfilling every order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon receipt to confirm accuracy.
  2. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the incorrect product. Claims made after 30 days will not be processed.
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Your order details.
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • Photographic evidence of the incorrect product.

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you promptly. Incorrect items must be returned in their original, unused condition for the claim to be processed.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

To submit a claim for a faulty or damaged product:

  1. Provide a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Attach photographs or other evidence showing the damage or defect.
  3. Wait for our team to review your claim and provide further instructions.

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you. Faulty or damaged items must be returned in their original condition for verification before a replacement can be issued.

Change of Mind

We regret that we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if the product is found at a lower price elsewhere. To avoid such situations, we recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing the purchase.
